To get personalised support or help with a matter that is not listed on the EWO website, FAQs or if you suspect something may not be working properly, you can :

  • Talk to us directly using the "News and Support" feature inside the EWO place app. Just open the app and go to ( using the the arrow right at the top of the screen ) the Account section. There, just touch "News and Support" and type your request so a member of the EWO team can assist.

  • Alternatively, or if you can't access the app, just write to us using the main website form. Remember to correctly list your contact details so we can get in touch.
